Courtney Turner, DMD was so helpful with my 2 and 5 year old’s appointment and Marie Alston, DDS was very informative for my appointment and I have not had any issues with my care or being able to set up payment options for those costly appointments that aren’t just readily available in my wallet.

The entire staff from check in, X-rays, and cleaning were all incredible! They all worked well with my kiddo and talked in a way that was developmentally appropriate. They made each step of the way fun and had movies playing which made the whole experience even more fun. The facility appears spotless and we enjoyed having the privacy of a single patient room. Highly recommend it here!

Clean. Organized. Lovely staff front to back. The dentist Sr Turner is thorough and she answers all questions and addresses concerns. She is amazing. My only curiosity is why the cleanings are so short. I kid you not, less than ten minutes each time we have been there and they are older. Not toddlers. Its been a slightly heavy set Spanish lady with black hair. She is very sweet but this is an area where we are trying to get a better understanding. We used to go to a Pediatric dentist further down on Potranco before you hit Baskin Robbins, Taco Bell if youre heading towards the 151 underpass. Its right next to Westlake Dental and their cleanings were never this short and they had most of their baby teeth then. The first time it happened I was surprised but again....less than 10 minutes all including flossing, cleaning and rinse?🤔 I am concerned that they are either short staffed or the job is being cut short for some reason. Even my husband who is a dental hygienist thinks it's a bit short. He plans to be at their next appointment, as a silent observer just to see if there is something I missed. He doesn't plan to make a fuss, but if he does get the same impression after observing we will most likely not return which would be a bummer. I like it there. Not being difficult but insurance premiums are not cheap so we want to ensure our children are getting thorough care. Other than this one concern, this place is "chef's kiss."
