Jay and Maria were attentive and helpful. Dr. Turner was great with the kids and answered all my questions thoroughly. My kids all enjoyed their appointments.

We came to Stevens Ranch because our insurance picked the office for us. Our daughter needed a referral for a procedure. Our appointment was at 10am and we arrived 5 minutes late. Unfortunately we waited an additional hour and a half to be seen. The staff was incredibly kind though and took care for the fact that we were waiting a while. Jay and Maria were specifically great as they were the dental assistant attending to our care personally. They made us feel heard and asked great questions, were personable and informative. Overall I would recommend this team but the wait time may be hard for working parents!

Jay and Maria provided timely and informative service, the rest of the staff was quite friendly as well. Although our wait time was significant the ambiance and quality service allowed for a greater capacity for patience. Again without Jay and Maria our visit would have been less than memorable.
